• Do I need a passport for travel to the Caribbean if I’m a US citizen?

  • On January 8, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document.

    • As early as January 1, 2008, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. While recent legislative changes permit a later deadline, the Departments of State and Homeland Security are working to meet all requirements as soon as possible. Ample advance notice will be provided to enable the public to obtain passports or passport cards for land/sea entries.

  • Do you offer travel insurance for my vacation or cruise?
    Yes many of the cruise lines offer cruise protection as well as our suppliers including Travel Impressions’ “Cancel for Any Reason” vacation protection plan. We also offer Travel Guard policies for those interested in protecting their vacations.

  • Is my cruise/vacation covered in the event of a hurricane?
    Many variables come into play here, destination of your vacation, insurance coverage’s, etc. Many suppliers are offering a hurricane guarantee policy but all vary. Call us for more details on your specific package.

  • I found my vacation online cheaper, why is your price more expensive?
    Too many variables to make this an easy answer, we need to be sure you are comparing coconuts to coconuts. For example, does this include transfers, taxes, port charges, are the room and amenity categories comparable etc.  All of our packages are detailed to your liking and priced accordingly.  Many claims are made to be the BEST price available, if it sounds too good, BUYER BEWARE!
